That's the goal, and it's the hard part. We match the rooflines, the siding, the trim, and the finishes so the addition reads as part of the house instead of something bolted on. We tell you up front where an exact match isn't possible.

Yes. An addition means permits, and it means inspections at each stage. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections, and build to code so it passes. You're not the one on the phone with the county.

Carefully. The foundation, the framing, and the roof all have to connect to what's already there and carry the load. We open up the tie-in point, connect it right, and make sure the new and old work as one structure — not two.
How long does an addition take?
Longer than a remodel of the same size, because you're building from the foundation up and waiting on inspections between stages. We give you a realistic window once the plans and permits are settled, and we keep you posted.
